“We contracted with the Hayhurst Brothers to build a new rent house for us. We had purchased the lot and then had them build this gorgeous new home on it. We were able to choose from an existing floor plan of theirs and then made minor modifications to the inside layout and for the addition of a carport. We could not be more pleased with how the house turned out. It is mid-century modern design inside and out, however, we know that they have all sorts of other designs to choose from. Special thanks to our project manager, Jorel, for his attention to detail and kindness in promptly answering all of our requests/questions. And many thanks to so many others who were so helpful as we dropped in their offices from time to time. We always felt welcomed and our needs were always met. Not only was the build on schedule, we were almost exactly on budget, in spite of rapidly increasing material costs this past year.
